Why isn't it recommended to pay using an Exchange?

While some exchanges may allow you to make withdrawals, we do not recommend paying with BlockBee Checkout using an exchange. To ensure your payment is successful, we suggest using a cryptocurrency wallet like Exodus or Trust Wallet to manage your funds and send crypto payments.

When fulfilling a BlockBee Checkout order, you must send the exact amount requested. Some exchanges deduct their withdrawal fee from the amount you send to the BlockBee address, which can result in an unfilled order and BlockBee Checkout requesting the remaining amount.

If you still wish to use an exchange to send payments to BlockBee Checkout, please ensure you add the exchange withdrawal fee to the sent amount. You can usually find the fee displayed before requesting the withdrawal. This will help avoid any issues with unpaid orders.
